A surf & yoga road trip in community. What is it?

The Driver’s vision:

“Because traveling to the other side of the world doesn’t guarantee an authentic adventure but going on a road trip in community does.

There is nothing more exciting than a good meeting and the road trip is the perfect time to bond and have a great adventure. You’ll always find a good adventure buddy to go surfing with you between classes or just go swimming, listen to music, play spikeball, and have a good laugh (or drink). There are plenty of ways to spend your days at The Commodore Hostel, sharing good times with friends is far at the top of the list.

5 days to embark on a sporting, preparatory and experiential escape.

Surf & Yoga guidance.

Yoga

The yoga classes are guided and prepared by Charlotte Troadec, a qualified yoga teacher. Charlotte was born in the waves of La Torche, she grew up there and continues to evolve with the tides.

The sea is for her a source of inspiration, but above all, it is a way of life where she has always found her energy.

Today Charlotte has founded Serendipity Yoga Bretagne where she offers a unique approach combining the two disciplines of Yoga and Surfing. Disciplines for which she has more than a passion, a way of living, a way of being.

Surfing

The 3 surfing courses take place on 3 exceptional spots and are supervised by renowned local schools. State qualified instructors or BP JEPS accompany you in your learning and improvement in complete safety.

Required level

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced surfer, don’t worry, yoga classes are adapted to your level. Surfing lessons are for beginners, those who have never surfed before, or those who surf occasionally.

Included in the trip.

Surfing lessons.

3 surf lessons of 2 hours each on 3 different spots.

Yoga classes.

2 yoga classes per day – Yin, Hatha, relaxation, and recovery.

Equipment included.

Boards and wetsuits provided daily.

Where do we go?

Brittany, France.

The 5-day surf & yoga retreat will give you some free time to discover the Breton coast. You can walk along the coastal paths, relax on the beach, go fishing on foot, take meditative walks, or surf freely with the equipment provided during the stay.

South Finistère reflects the best of Brittany: a sheltered coastline with long sandy beaches in the south and a steeper coastline as you head up towards the Pointe du Raz. You will have the opportunity to taste the gastronomic specialties that have made the reputation of Brittany, such as crêpes (be careful, here we do not say galette but crêpe blé noir) and seafood.

Your new routine.

Yoga session in the morning to wake up gently.

Have breakfast on the terrace and walk by the sea.

Lunch and a digestive nap on the beach.

First surfing lesson and first feeling of surfing. An addiction is born.

Have dinner with the group. Try to catch a glimpse of the famous green ray, the last ray of the sun, for the third evening in a row.

A bientôt !!!

Carole, trips Maroc & France

Un superbe séjour ! C'était mon 1er surftrip Made in France voir même Made in BZH et ça a été un pur bonheur !

Jean Sebastien, surf & yoga, Bretagne

Good trip!
